Emma

Emma is a committed Registered aesthetics Nurse Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber. Emma qualified with a 1st class honours degree in nursing research in 2001.

Emma then went on to work for the NHS in surgical services, critical care, theatre recovery, high dependency unit and intensive care. After working as a senior nurse with post plastic surgery patients Emma decided to open up her own clinic which was when Skin by Hartley Aesthetics opened in 2006.

In 2012 Emma went back to Leicester University to further her qualifications and aesthetic knowledge and ability when she completed her nurse independent and supplementary prescribing qualification. From then Skin by Hartley Aesthetics has grown from strength to strength with Emma now training nurses in Aesthetics herself.

Emma attends courses on lots of new products in the aesthetics industry making sure she continues to broaden her profession development She regularly updates and improves treatments methods and techniques by attending training courses.

Her years of experience in aesthetic medicine, anti-aging and regenerating procedures combined with clinical expertise show her unique blend of skills. Emma offers custom treatments with specific requirements and optimised with results and safety in mind.

Emma prides herself on building up a good rapport with all her clients it is important to discuss the clients needs with a realistic approach which can be achieved and a treatment plan can be put in place.

Claire

Claire worked as a retail manager for 20 years before retraining as a beauty therapist. Claire is the one that organisers the day to day running of our clinic ensuring it all runs smooth, she also managers health & safety in clinic ensuring all our policies and procedures are up to date.

Claire carries out treatments with our medical grade skin care range Alumier & is fully trained in all areas of machines including tattoo removal, laser hair removal & machine based facials from carbon red carpet facials to a chemical peel with radio frequency. Our lipofirm machine is an area that Claire specialises in whether it be skin tightening or a radio frequency facial.

Claire manages our clinic diary and all our social media. Claire is on reception where she will greet you and ensure all paper work and records are filled in and up to date, she will make sure your looked after with a warm welcome.
